within the next six months you find a surgeon, within a fifty mile radius, of
equal board certification that is willing to do the same procedure for a lower
price, you will be refunded the difference, guaranteed!
Terms of Price Guarantee:
Refund must be requested within the first 6 months of your surgery being
performed. You must show written proof
of the lower price and location of the physician. Physician must be of equal board
certification and be within a 50 mile radius of the location of your
surgery. The Price Guarantee is only
offered through ACSN preferred providers (see Provider Locations). Physicians are directly responsible for
refunding the difference in price.
